Mission: To provide legal assistance to people facing family problems and to be free from these problems.
Globally, 1.5 billion people lack access to justice in criminal, civil and administrative matters due to various structural barriers to access to justice, and about 4.5 billion people lack legal recourse. We cannot reach all of them because it is not possible but we try our best to solve the problems of families.
A key initiative of the organization is the Pakistan Legal Helpline (PLHL), which provides free legal and immediate access to all citizens six days a week. A licensed attorney guides the caller through any legal issue they may be facing.
Access to justice for the general public is often hampered by exorbitant legal fees and a lack of access to the justice system. As one of its key legal empowerment strategies, we bring lawyers [legal knowledge] to the doorstep of disadvantaged people to not only educate them about their legal rights but also empower them. It also provides advice on how to address issues prior to proceedings. administrative or judicial system;
Community legal awareness sessions are conducted in targeted districts. First, community members are educated in their native language on their legal rights in small groups that emphasize participation of men and women, and then legal advice is provided by the field. Legal Rights of Religious Minorities Such as Foundations, Women’s Legal Property Rights, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods.
Documents submitted to the court for the resolution of family issues, those documents can only be prepared by a lawyer. We not only prepare documents but also help people from submitting these documents to the court till the end of the case.
